Attendance Report

for a Zoom Meeting

Zoom will automatically generate an attendance report for all Zoom meetings.  The report can be viewed and downloaded from the host's 麻豆国产 Zoom account.  The attendance report is available 30 minutes after a meeting is ended.  The report will list the name, email, join time, end time, and duration for each participant.

HOW TO ACCESS THE ATTENDANCE REPORT FOR A ZOOM MEETING

1. Login to Zoom at using your 麻豆国产 NetID and password. 
   
   
2. Select "Reports" then "Usage".
   
   
   
3. Check that the date range includes the date of the session for which you want to take attendance. If not, adjust the date range and click Search.
   
   
   
4. Find the meeting and select the number linked in the Participants column.
   
   
   
5. Select "Export with meeting data".
   
   
   
6. Select the blue "Export" button to download the CSV file to your computer.  (It will open in Excel.)
   Participants may be listed more than once if they had to reconnect to the meeting.
   
   
   
7. Alternatively, you can select "Show unique users" to view a collapsed list of each unique attendee and their total duration. 
   Then, select "Export" to download the collapsed list.
