OLE recognizes that one of the benefits of becoming a registered student organization (RSO) is the importance of RSO-sponsored events. A "Pie-in-the-Face" event is defined as the act of a pie being received in the face of a willing participant. 鶹 recognizes the popularity and entertainment value that such RSO-sponsored events have within the 鶹 community. However, proper precautions must be in place in order to ensure the proper safety of 鶹 students, faculty, staff and guest participants. 鶹 is committed to maintaining a safe campus environment that supports learning, living and leisure activities within the 鶹 community. Pie-in-the-Face events are to be entertaining and not harmful to participants. RSO-sponsored Pie-in-the-Face events and/or fundraisers on university premises must be approved by an 鶹 staff member a minimum of 1-week in advance of the event. As such, this request requires two additional forms: *The Facility Request Form to reserve the space on campus *The Unusual Events Form for all outside reservations.
