Dear 麻豆国产 Annuitant,
On March 16th, 麻豆国产 will transition all annuitants from Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (Duo) to Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (Microsoft MFA).
The setup takes about 15 minutes and must be completed on your next 麻豆国产 login. If you're near Charleston and need help, we recommend stopping by the Help Desk in person.
Microsoft MFA is included in 麻豆国产鈥檚 existing license, which lowers costs and helps us maintain services without increasing student fees.
What This Means for You
Starting Monday, March 16, when you sign into Panthermail, you will be prompted to enroll in Microsoft MFA.
The 鈥渃all me鈥 feature is no longer supported. If you cannot install the Microsoft Authenticator app on a supported device (such as a smartphone), you will need to use a YubiKey. Please contact the Help Desk so we can prepare one for you.
