Dear Â鶹¹ú²ú Employee:
1095-C’s are now available to Â鶹¹ú²ú employees who have given prior consent to receive your 1095-C in PAWS (on-line). Every employee of an applicable large employer
(such as Â鶹¹ú²ú) who is eligible for insurance coverage should receive a 1095-C.
If you have chosen prior to 2/28/2023 to receive your 1095-C statement electronically, a paper 1095-C will not be printed and mailed.
This is a one-time consent and will not be necessary to repeat each year. You may revoke your
consent at any time by contacting the Payroll Office.
To view your 1095-C please follow these directions:
• Log-in to PAWS Self-Service
• Select the EMPLOYEE tab
• Select PAWS9 Employee Dashboard
• Select 1095-C Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage Statement under Taxes tab
• Select 2022, then click DISPLAY
• You can scroll down and choose Printable 1095-C to print the form.
If you did not consent to receive your electronic 1095-C prior to February 28, 2023, you should expect to receive the form via Campus Mail.
If you did not consent and do not receive your form within the next week by campus mail, please contact the Payroll office at 581-5510.
