Dear Faculty, Staff and Student Employees:
Your 2022 W-2 wage statement is available on-line and just a few clicks away.
Â鶹¹ú²ú employees who have consented to receive their W-2 via PAWS can now access and print their W-2 for calendar year 2022.
Employees who have not provided this on-line consent will be mailed their W-2.
Paper W-2’s will be mailed byJanuary 31st to the last known address Â鶹¹ú²ú has on file. If employees have had an address
change that has been unreported during 2022, please contact the Human Resources Office.
As a reminder for those who have provided consent, you may access your W-2 by:
• Logging into PAWS:
• Selecting the EMPLOYEE tab
• Selecting PAWS9 EMPLOYEE DASHBOARD
• Selecting TAXES
• Selecting W-2 WAGE AND TAX STATEMENT
To print the W-2, arrow down the page and select PRINTABLE W-2.
