Please familiarize yourself with the University network identity life-cycle policy to understand when your Â鶹¹ú²ú account (NetID) will expire when departing from Â鶹¹ú²ú.
Graduated students (Alumni):
Undergraduate – 1 year from the end of graduation term
Graduate – 1 year from the end of graduation term
Inactive students (Status determine by the admitting agency):
Undergraduate and Continuing Education – 1 year from the end of the last term attending classes
Graduate – 6 years from the end of the first term registered for graduate classes
Dismissed Students (Academic or other):
Undergraduate and Continuing Education – 1 year from the end of dismissal term
Graduate – 1 year from the end of dismissal term
Remember, services such as social media accounts, external email, music services, and web storefronts may attempt to email your Â鶹¹ú²ú account. Verify that your Â鶹¹ú²ú email is not part of the account or password recovery process. Please update any service contact information before you depart from Â鶹¹ú²ú.
