INTRODUCTION

Dr. Maniotes studies how modern relationships are built, maintained, and undone, and why the same patterns keep repeating. His research spans dating and relationship routines, technology's pull on connection, and how relationships shape mental health and well-being over time. He translates that science into language people can use.
